Warranty Policy

We provide a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase for any malfunctions in the device, except in the following cases:

  • Intentional damage or misuse.
  • Damage caused by force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.
  • Malfunctions resulting from improper use or failure to follow the instructions.
  • Damage or malfunction due to unauthorized disassembly or modifications.

Common Problems & Solutions

Issue: Refrigerator does not work

Check the following:

  • Ensure the power switch is turned on.
  • Verify that the plug is securely connected to the socket.
  • Check if the fuse is blown.
  • Ensure the power supply is functioning properly.
  • Frequent switching on/off may cause a start delay in the compressor.

Issue: Refrigerator compartments are too warm

Possible causes & solutions:

  • The door is opened too frequently—limit door openings.
  • A large amount of warm or hot food was recently placed inside—allow time for cooling.
  • The refrigerator was disconnected for a long time—give it time to stabilize.

Issue: Food is freezing

Possible cause & solution:

  • The temperature is set too low—adjust to a higher setting.

Issue: “Water flow” noise inside the refrigerator

Possible cause & solution:

  • This is a normal phenomenon, caused by the circulation of refrigerant. No action is needed.

Issue: Water droplets around the casing or door gap

Possible cause & solution:

  • This is a normal occurrence due to moisture condensation on cold surfaces. Simply wipe it dry.

Issue: Compressor is slightly noisy when starting

Possible cause & solution:

  • This is normal—the noise will reduce once the compressor stabilizes.

Error Codes & Solutions

Error Code E1: Low voltage detected

Solution:

  • Adjust the battery protection setting from High to Medium or Medium to Low.

Error Code E2: Condenser fan overload

Solution:

  1. Disconnect the power for 5 minutes.
  2. Restart the refrigerator.
  3. If the error persists, contact the manufacturer for service.

Error Code E3: Compressor starting too frequently

Solution:

  1. Disconnect the power for 5 minutes.
  2. Restart the refrigerator.
  3. If the error persists, contact the manufacturer for service.

Error Code E4: Compressor not starting

Solution:

  1. Disconnect the power for 5 minutes.
  2. Restart the refrigerator.
  3. If the error persists, contact the manufacturer for service.

Error Code E5: Overheating of compressor electronics

Solution:

  1. Disconnect the power for 5 minutes.
  2. Restart the refrigerator.
  3. If the error persists, contact the manufacturer for service.

Error Code E6: No parameters detected by the controller

Solution:

  1. Disconnect the power for 5 minutes.
  2. Restart the refrigerator.
  3. If the error persists, contact the manufacturer for service.

Error Code E7 or E8: Faulty temperature sensor

Solution:

  • The temperature sensor may be faulty. Contact the manufacturer for service.
